If you’re in the market for an energetic, challenging, group workout experience in Dallas, Texas, look no further than Orangetheory Fitness. Whether you are de-conditioned or conditioned, the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions at Orangetheory Fitness are for you because they have been designed for all levels of fitness.
With upbeat music playing in the background, our Orangetheory trainers will lead you through an Orange 60 training session comprised of three main components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing, and weight room or resistance training blocks – a perfect fusion of strength and cardio. Our gym members burn anywhere from 500-1,000 calories per workout!
During your Orangetheory group session, you'll be fitted with a heart rate monitor that displays your stats wirelessly on video monitors around the studios to let your trainer know how you are performing, and it helps to keep you accountable as well. Our sessions have been designed to keep heart rates within a targeted zone in order to boost metabolism and increase energy. This results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect – increased energy and calories burned for 24-36 hours after your session is finished.
Orangetheory is a great environment in which to work toward any weight loss or performance-based goals that you may have. If you wish to improve your athletic performance, you can expect to see an improvement in speed, strength, and power, after your first 2 weeks of attending 2-4 gym sessions per week. If you wish to lose weight, with proper nutrition, you can expect to lose an approximate 3-5 pounds per week when attending 3-5 sessions every week.
Don't wait! Join the most energetic fitness movement in the country by visiting us online or giving us a call at (972) 244-4111 to book your session with our Dallas, Texas studio. HEART MONITORED TRAINING
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
